These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Carmedis’ repair and maintenance services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Our Working Process
Carmedis follows a structured and transparent repair process for every vehicle:

Mandatory Inspection & Diagnosis – All vehicles must be inspected and diagnosed before any repair work begins. An inspection fee is compulsory and must be paid in advance. Inspection reports are sent to car owners digitally to ensure prompt communication and avoid delays.
Carmedis follows a structured and transparent repair process for every vehicle:
- Diagnosis – Our technicians and service advisors will carry out a thorough assessment to identify issues.
- Estimate – We will provide a cost and time estimate for approval before any work begins.
- Repair – Repairs will only be carried out with your consent and in line with the approved estimate.
- Quality Control – Every completed repair will undergo inspection to ensure service standards are met.
All activities are carried out exclusively by Carmedis’ authorized service advisors and technicians. No work should be carried out with our technicians privately without the approval or knowledge of the company.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full (100%) before work commences.
- Payments are to be made only via:
- Carmedis Fidelity Bank Account
- Dedicated wallet account number generated via the Carmedis App
- We do not accept cash or direct personal transfers to staff.
- Payments are non-refundable except with written management approval.
3. Vehicle Parts & Warranty
- Carmedis does not manufacture vehicle parts; all parts are sourced from third-party suppliers.
- Warranty applies only to the service/repair work carried out, not to the parts themselves.
- Any defects in supplied parts will be subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty policy (if applicable).
4. Insurance & Liability
- Vehicles are not insured while in our care unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Carmedis is not liable for theft, damage, or loss caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or third-party actions.
- Customers are responsible for collecting their vehicles once repairs are complete.
- Vehicles left beyond the estimated repair period (after the customer has been informed of completion) are stored at the owner’s risk.
5. Customer Obligations
- Customers must honestly disclose all known vehicle issues to enable accurate diagnosis and repair.
- Customers must approve all work before repairs commence.
- Customers must ensure all payments are made to approved Carmedis channels only.
- Customers must collect their vehicles promptly upon completion.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Payments are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds, where approved, are at the sole discretion of management and will be processed via official payment channels.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Customers may not:
- Engage Carmedis technicians privately without company approval.
- Make direct or unofficial payments to Carmedis staff.
- Remove vehicles from Carmedis premises without settling all due payments.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed through Carmedis’ internal complaint process.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or paying for a Carmedis service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
